This is a day honoring those hard working individuals who make the world go round.
It also “marks” the end of summer even though Fall doesn’t start until the 22nd.

Last week was the Lamar Fair. I pretty much grew up there during high school and college. In fact, from the time I was 15, I think I only missed 1 until I was too old to show there. That’s not to bad I don’t think. And I have lots of good memories from there……
Our “Saturday Night Dinner” happened to be at the local IHOP in Branson after we left Steal Your Dollar Silver Dollar City. I’m fairly certain that my mom would be proud that we parked away from everyone else 🙂
