Did I tell you?

So did I tell you about this one time when I made Peanut Butter?

Oh probably not since I just did that the other day 🙂

I was reading Stef’s blog and she talked about making it so obviously I had to try it!  So a few Monday nights ago hubs and I went to work.

Here’s what you need:
4 Cups Dry Roasted Peanuts  {although we used the whole container we had}
Food Processor.

That’s it… nothing else… yup 🙂 {please please ignore the quality of photos… it was late, I was tired and I couldn’t find my camera… I was using my phone for a recipe so I used it for photos too!}

4-6 pulses

Then turn on for 4.5 minutes, don’t let it run to long or you get soup…

And here’s the finished result

it looked MUCH better than this photo shows!

Then we got creative and added Honey to some… mmmm honey peanut butter!

Oh yes, it was GOOD STUFF Maynard!

Try it sometime, you won’t be sorry, although if you are, don’t come yelling at me please!
