So last month when hubby and I decided to get away for a few days, he made reservations at the Hyatt Place in Leawood, KS. We were close enough to downtown Kansas City that it didn’t take any time at all to get there, but at the same time, we learned that Leawood was a great little suburb all of its own.
We were on the second floor. Our room had a King sized bed, a living room area that included a hide-a-bed couch, a small kitchen table, and a refrigerator.
When we booked our room we went with a King size bed. I can sure tell you that we’re going to start spoiling ourselves with these King sized beds! The mattress was definitely something that you could get used to as well. If I could have folded it up and put it in my suit case to take home I might have… lol :).
And of course your bathroom area.
Now for all you techy people, this place was cool because it had this connector panel so you could connect your laptop up to the tv. So if you had movies on an external hard drive or your laptop, you could feed them through the tv and enjoy.
This was definitely a nice room to stay in, especially the Monday when we were in there ALL. DAY. LONG.
