Caramel Frosting

Prep time: 10 mins     Servings: 1 Cake
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Cream or Evaporated Milk
2 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Bring to boil – butter, brown sugar & cream or evaporated milk.
When mixture comes to a boil (you will need to stir constantly), remove from heat and cool.
When mixture is warm to touch, add: powdered sugar & vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Spread on cake.
