I'm Sorry

**via**
Sometimes Life gets in the way.
Life is hard and unfortunately God never promised easy.
Tempers flair.
Bad Days.
Things build upon themselves.
Someone gets on your nerves.
You’re running late.
Someone cuts you off.
You didn’t get something you needed.
Lots of things can cause problems like this.
Then you come home.
You’re on edge already.
Something didn’t work right, again.
You yell at your spouse.
You yell at your kids.
You yell at your dogs.
You yell at yourself.
Tempers flair worse.
Things build even more.
What do you do?
Scream.
Yell.
Cry.
Cuss.
Get Mad.
Storm out.
Things happen like this all the time.
The hardest thing to do?
Admit you were wrong.
Just remember to say one of the hardest phrases…
I’m Sorry.
Life is too short.
Let those who are closest to you,
Who you yell at,
Who you snap at
That you love them.
And you’re Sorry.
I’m Sorry.

Yesterday’s post got really long, really fast… so I thought I’d discuss the cookbook incident today. You know, in a separate post. When the initial cookbook came out, it was back in 2010 (technically late 2009, but I went to the signing in 2010). I remember because I drove to Stillwater, Oklahoma to get it…

I swear, we should rename this, sweat your buns off and have fun while doing it.  Although at times fun is relative because truthfully while you’re doing this, you might be cussing.  I don’t want you cussing me. lol, j/k.  No, it is challenging, but that’s what gets you results.  And everyone can do it. …

  • It's Me….

A favorite photo of myself and why… I am an extremely critical of myself.  I know we all have issues with that, but I can’t even begin to tell you how critical of myself I am.  It’s really sad too!  I hate it and wish I wasn’t that way.  I definitely don’t want Tbug to…

  • What I Wore

Today is Friday.  Friday’s I don’t have to dress up for work.  So while I’m sitting here in jeans, I’ve really been wanting to do another What I wore post, but just never seem to work it in, so…. Today is your lucky day. ha! The What I Wore, the Business Work edition. And yes,…

  1. Uhoh, what did you do? hehe. So true though. Chris and I used to argue and bicker all the time. It really weighed on our marriage. Then one New Year's we started fresh, we both admitted that we had been stubborn and did things to hurt the other one. Since that day, our marriage has never been the same. We seriously never fight or argue, we let each other win, and we are there for each other at the end of a hard day. We know that the other one is just letting of steam and we move on.
