Week 31
How far along? 31 weeks 6 days
Total weight gain/loss: blah blah
How big is baby? Baby is the size of a Pineapple. She’s about 15.2 to 16.7 inches long and weighs 2.5 to 3.8 pounds this month. She’s getting so big, she’s probably crowding your lungs.
- She’s going through major brain and nerve development
- Eye development, too. Her irises now react to light!
- All five of her senses are in working order.
Maternity Clothes? Mom and I went shopping last weekend 🙂 I got a few new shirts oh and… and an outfit for our maternity photos!!
Stretch Marks? I want to cry about this, but I know there are people who would love to experience this so I’ll keep shut!
Best moment this week? Probably doesn’t count that this is finals week and I get a bit of a break once this week is over huh? I seriously think that’s the best moment! lol.
Movement? Baby girl kicks like CRAZY!!!! It’s fun to give her voices… like saying she likes something or she’s dancing or she’s using my bladder as a trampoline or whatever. I’m just having fun with it 🙂
Food Cravings/Aversions? I can’t really say I’ve had “cravings”. Things sound good, but everyone thinks that from time to time. I mean really…
What I miss: Our bed really isn’t that old and it’s getting more and more uncomfortable to sleep in. It’s soft and right now I swear I need a hard bed!
What I’m looking forward to: So next week we have an ultrasound appointment. It was supposed to be this week but they pushed it off for me since this is Finals week. One less thing I had to stress about! Not that I stress about the appointments, but stress getting everywhere I needed to be when I needed to be there.
Nausea/Vomiting? Why I got sick this week is a good question. On our way out the door to church I had to swing by the bathroom and we were almost late to church 🙁
Labor signs? I don’t think so….
Gender? We have had them verify it’s a girl 3 different times. Think it’s a girl?!?!
Belly Button in or out? Oh goodness….
Wedding rings on or off? sad day!
Sleep? Hit and miss. I think part of my problem is school/finals week and I’m freaking out!
Weekly Wisdom: Yeah so all my wisdom is gone. I can’t even begin to tell you how many papers I’ve written in the last 3 weeks. It’s sad really!
Due Date: Thursday June 26, 2014 was what we originally thought. Then I was told June 30, then July 4th, then June 26, then June 27 and after the 3-D ultra sound June 28. I guess she’ll come when she’s ready, right?
