The Story of My Life in 250ish Words
Jenni over at the Story of My Life has posed a 31 day blogging challenge. Never before have I felt compelled to do these, but today I chose to try it. So for the next 31 days you may get multiple posts out of me, and for this, I’m sorry, but I’m really not. I want to see if I can do this, plus document my normal thoughts. Wish me luck!

I was born and raised in Southwest Missouri. I was riding horses before I could walk and that passion took me around the country. We went from showing Arabian’s to showing Quarter Horses in the Cutting Event. When I was a freshman in high school I got into FFA which totally defined my character. I started showing sheep because my parents wouldn’t let me show cattle and I wanted more of a challenge than my horses. Boy did I get a challenge but it worked out for the best in my life. I learned that I had the drive and passion to do better. I went to college straight out of high school and traveled both domestically and abroad with experiences from high school and college. I graduated in 4 years and couldn’t find a job in my degree so I moved home and got a job at a company much to my parents dismay. I finally met back up with the love of my life when I was 26 years old, just after a relationship ended and went on to marry this prince charming little over a year later where I became a step-mom to a wonderful daughter. Now I’m on the path to self discovery and trying to figure out what God is willing me to do, which is a very scary place to be!!

Great job summing your life up! Sounds like you've done a lot of traveling – that's awesome! I grew up in 4-H and it has really shaped who I am today 😀
Awww, I love the little summary of your life and accomplishments. Not sure I could do it in 250ish words…I tend to get pretty wordy. Haha!
I've been tempted to join in too…I don't think I want to post every day, but I do like the prompts! It seems like you summed everything up quite nicely!
I love that we both married someone from earlier in our lives. Oh and the whole daughter thing! haha. So when you showed Arabians, did you dress up? My great grandpa used to show them and he dressed up all middle Eastern.
Bam! love it! Lucky you to have been raised around horses. I didn't get to experience them much till we moved here to WI – before that was just a 2 two week a summer rider at my grandparents.
