Lately I’ve been sad about the state of my body.  It’s not the greatest at all by any means :(.  Sad day, right?  My Sunday Night Dinner Crowd has been having a Biggest Loser Contest and my weight has been up and down.  Especially on the up side since I’ve been running on the Elliptical (too cold still to run outside).  Then I got an email asking if I was interested in trying Revolt.  I was like, sure, why not.

So we took measurements and before photos… not sure I’m quite ready to out myself with either of those yet… but I have them and I plan on maybe every week (if I remember) to share if I’m down or up.  How’s that?

So Day one workout. Simple enough.  Focused more on cardio.
Day two – boy I hurt from day one.  Isn’t that a good thing??  So anyway day two was Legs.  After the workout, I think I still feel the burn!
Day three – Was kind of a much needed rest day.  I did hop on my elliptical for a quick one mile even though we were supposed to relax, but I felt like I needed to move at least to stretch my muscles in my legs out.
Day four – back to the cardio from day 1.  It was still enough to get my heart pounding and the planks, oh planks, I loathe you!
Day five – Feel the burn people, feel the burn!

Saturday – Free eating day.  Hello!

It’s Throwback Thursday on Friday.  Yeah, doesn’t make sense maybe but that’s just how it worked out.  Bonnie over at The Life of Bon has been doing a link up all summer of Throwback Thursday’s and I decided that I would participate today for yesterday’s theme.  So what, I’m a day behind… it happens. 1. Suck less?!?! No shit lol Very frustrating to work out everyday on my lunch break with no change in the scale. Wish I could adapt to exercising and eating well like I do to a bad ass habit.

    Good Luck!

  2. If it helps you feel any better, muscle weighs more than fat…
Also, you shouldn't weigh yourself every day. As a woman, your body weight can vary by as much as 4 or 5 pounds in water weight each day.
And of course you retain water as you near your time of the month.
    *hugs* and good luck!

  3. I'm also part of a Biggest Loser Challenge and have had my weight go up and down the whole time. I think we're all going to have really good results with Revolt and we've got a great support system with each other 🙂
