Life's Little Notes

Spread the love

I sometimes wonder about myself at work.  I have all these random notes just laying around and some of them I don’t know what they mean, while others I get.

I have a few from my sweetie that say I love you, your PC or I love you with all my heart Your PC.

I then have a few with phone extensions or telephone numbers or the works helpdesk number, etc.

A few quotes, ie:

Grooming: The process by which the dirt on the horse is transferred to the groomer ~Author Unknown

Which would be great for a photo like this… or especially one of her shaking.
Yes, horses shake like dogs when wet (or hot and sweaty)

or a quote like this one:

The best thing in life is finding someone who knows all your mistakes and weaknesses and still thinks You’re Completely Amazing. ~Author Unknown

There are some work related notes that tell me who gets what book, and even though it is a quarterly thing, the note still lays on my desk… just randomly moved around.

I have my InterCall note for when I host webinars.  you know, all my call in info.

There are larger notes still in notebooks from meetings I’ve been in…

I have this random note:

The Undomestic Goddess
Sophie Kinsella
Bridesmaid Lotto
Rachel Astor

Which I think I finally figured out are books and possibly the authors of said book?

I have random telephone numbers which no idea what they go to or random addresses… again, not sure who they belong to.

But this is the craziest list I’ve found yet to date…

Please, if you think you know what I was thinking, what does this note mean?

  1. Good luck decoding that one!!!

You should totally read the Undomestic Goddess…slow beginning but great book!

  2. I know how you feel. I am the world's worst to make little notes and then have no clue what they mean. I could read the phonebook notes I've doodle while on the phone for days. Most of them make absolutely no sense at all now 🙂

  3. Um…I would think that I could figure it out, but “crowded” threw me. Haha. I love that quote! People say that they screwed up their relationship by doing stupid things (or are afraid to) and I tell them that when you find true love it doesn't work that way!

  4. I keep an old piece of paper in my scriptures that was a note my Danish grandfather wrote to my grandma. It doesn't say much but it's one of my treasures and by the way, I think you're amazing 🙂
