I'm THAT Girl…
How cute is this, I saw it over at Living a Barefoot and Crazy Lifestyle and thought I might as well join in too.

Whew! Did anyone else’s weekend seem to fly by? I guess maybe because I was on the road so much this weekend? Don’t believe me? Just keep-a-readin! Ok and so this weekends adventure is via iPhone photos & instagram just so you know. This was the weekend we took our mare to Texas to get…
Tell a story from your childhood. Dig deep and try to be descriptive about what you remember and how you felt. So I learned to drive a truck when I was 4 years old. The summer I turned 12 I actually was tall enough to push the clutch to the floor, so my dad taught…
*sigh* sometimes I wish I wasn’t so opinionated or at least I’d learn to keep my opinions to myself. I have no idea how I got so opinionated either. And a lot of times my opinions aren’t always in the happiest of thoughts either. Other times my opinions are taken like they should be but…
I’ve been thinking…. a lot…. but again it started up yesterday based off a movie we watched, the 1961 (original) version of The Parent Trap. Step mothers tend to get a bad rep! Think about that movie (whether new or old) the soon to be step mother was a real wench. Once she got her…
Wow, I’ve never done this… and I can’t guarantee I’ll do this again… But I was feeling extra spunky I guess… That and I didn’t think you wanted another recipe post, however right now, that’s one of the biggest things going on in my life it seems like and therefore, I have lots of recipe…
1. The Chocolate Covered Strawberries that Earl and AL made for Sunday Night Dinner. 2. AL putting an arrow right through the barbed wire fence… literally. I’m not sure you could do that again if you tried. 3. Snow in May… sure why not?!?! 4. Sharing Cinco de Mayo with our Sunday Night Dinner Crowd….
Great post! I always sleep covered up too haha 🙂
I call soda pop too. 😀
Ha ha wait….people actually call pop “soda”? Weird……ha ha!
With you on quite a few of those , including the chocolate
Love reading posts like these! Might have to stow this idea and do one like this on my blog too! 🙂
It will always be pop to me! Everyone out here calls it soda and people get really excited when they notice I say pop. It's the little things like that that make living far from home a little easier and more familiar!
Here's where we're “the same”:
* hair washing
* pop (it's a MO thing I think, I grew up in KC and don't have “Hillbilly Accent”)
* sleep covered up
* photo taking
* husband loving
* messy hair if curly
* culinary school

Iowans call it 'pop' as well!
Really? You don't like chocolate like it's a food group? Wow. As I sit here eating a PB Reese's Cup Cupcake. 🙂
Culinary School…..check out a local community college. I know of a couple of CCs that have culinary schools. I always say that if I ever have to go back to school, that's what it would be for. Or, some places have adult education classes that are offered in the evenings. How do I know these things? It's my job.
🙂
Fun post!
i'm the same with washing hair 🙂
This is cute!! I definitely hate the heat…I wish that I loved it like you!!
I love this! I have to be covered up too, and I also feel like my hair is a mess when it's curly.
Don't wash my hair every day either. Who has time for that?
It's called Pop. Period.
I am a grammar Nazi! My mother taught me well.
I will eat any chocolate you don't. 🙂
I used to all about film. Film is best. No to the digital camera. Film? Who needs film? I love my digital camera!
