How to: Cut up a Pineapple

  1. Select your Pineapple.
  2. Cut off the top (or remember, twist out the top, but you’ll still have to slice off the top….) and bottom.

  1. Use a knife to trim off the rind.
  2. Slice the Pineapple in half.
  3. Then in quarters.
  4. Trim out the core.
  5. Divide each quarter in to 2-3 strips, then dice into smaller bite sized pieces.
  6. Enjoy.
