Cheeseburger in Paradise – Kansas City, KS

**Pulled off my  Recipe Blog**

The whole trip was planned and based off going to dinner at a restaurant Saturday night.  Kind of the rest was a fly by the seat of your pants trip…

Dinner Saturday night was set for 8:15pm so we decided to eat a late lunch.  After running around town, I had remembered seeing a Cheeseburger in Paradise back close to our hotel (we stayed on the Kansas side of KC over by the Motor Speed way) so we asked our trusty GPS to get us directions and away we went.

Cheeseburger in Paradise apparently not to be confused with the Cheeseburgers in Paradise that we ate at in Hawaii.

Normally we don’t get appetizers, however this time, we decided to.  I’m a huge fan of Fried Mozzarella Stix and Fried pickles, but we didn’t need two items.  They said they were known for their Frickles, however we went with the Fried Mozzarella.

Then we’d already decided that we’d just get a burger and share it.  I think that’s part of the reason we decided to go with an appeziter.  Well, we saw they had sliders.  4 Sliders in that to be exact so it worked out perfectly.  2 a piece with a side of french fries!

And because I felt bad that I didn’t take a picture of either thing we ordered… I snagged one right before the last bite of my last slider.

Seriously, when and if we make it back here, we’re going for the Chocolate Nachos.

And if you have to wait, such great chairs to sit in!

Don’t worry, we went back to our hotel and ran our butts off!

It was definitely good and totally worth a few extra calories :).  If you’re ever in the KC area out by the Motor Speed way I’d sure recommend this place!  It not only satisfied my craving for food but for a cheeseburger at that!

And if you’re not in the KC area, try one of their other locations… Hey I’m just spreading the love, one restaurant at a time 🙂
