Make the filling, pour into a pie shell, stick it in the freezer for like 4 hours (if you can wait that long), and bam, you have a frozen peanut butter pie.
I wish I had more insight today, but I had a rough day yesterday. Just know this pie is a winner and there are definitely different ways to top it. Okay, love you! Happy National Peanut Butter Pie Day.
Frozen Peanut Butter Pie
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 4oz cream cheese
- 9oz cool whip
Mix all together. Pour into a pie shell (chocolate is always best). Stick in the freezer for like 4 hours. Eat and Enjoy!
